Tips from foursquare

I could eat the French dip sandwich every day and it would be worth the 100 pounds I'd gain. That jus is for dipping btw!!

  • Tim H. on 03/13/10

The French dip is my favorite thing on the menu- though its often overlooked because of the fried chicken and burger

  • Chrysanthe T. on 05/27/11

sit at the bar, make friends with the bartender. late night scene, serve food until late. raw bar.

  • Original Penguin on 10/26/10

Gourmet food doesn’t have to be a $15 Gruyère cheese burger. If you want a Manhattan menu without NY prices, look to Walter Foods, the new kid on Grand St. Laid-back vibes, slinging drinks til 2 am.

  • SkeeterNYC on 08/21/10

Honestly, hold your fried chicken cravings for down the street...your better off with the delicious short rib burger. You know, after you've had a dozen fresh oysters or so.
