Torrisi Lunch is a Hobson's choice between chicken parm and turkey; we say, go turkey. For dinner, arrive around 6pm, they'll give you a time to return to dine later that evening. [Eater 38 Member]

  • The menu of antipasti here includes roasted cauliflower and spicy broccoli rabe ($3). Or try the chicken parm and roast turkey sandwiches on a roll ($7) or hero ($9).

Frank Bruni raved about the Pork Fried Rice - "but instead of pork it was prosciutto on top — beautiful, thin, fantastic" - in his New York Diet.

  • HuffPost on 06/30/10

The turkey and spicy sauce are not to be missed!

We know you know, but just a reminder: The sandwiches are unparalleled, and the $50 prix-fixe dinner is one of the best gourmet deals in town. A best restaurant of the year pick from Where to Eat 2011
