Toby's has a beautiful seating area, but you'll never get to sit there. The people already there are actors, paid to show up before opening and stay until after closing. That's the only explanation.

Australian coffee done drip-style + egg and cheese w/ "espresso-lacquered bacon." Your morning routine is now set.

  • AskMen on 01/20/12

Toby's, an Aussie coffee spot and roastery via Williamsburg serving some pretty serious single origin bean, plus a menu of baked goods, sammies, salads, and an egg + cheese

  • Cooper S. on 07/15/12

Williamsburg's best coffee shop serves a mean cold brew coffee and is laptop friendly w/ free wifi. There are no power outlets, so come with a fully charged battery.

I feel like I betrayed Blue Bottle because I found something better than the retrofit... this is now my fav coffee shop period!
