Tips from foursquare

  • Serious Eats on 03/24/13

Classic Eastern European diner. High points: corned beef hash, pastrami, roast beef, breakfast. Low points: skippable burgers.

  • Dens on 09/08/11

Jeffrey from 'Wichcraft says: "Ukranian specialties are awesome (Fried pierogies with buttered onions, kielbasa, etc…) Try everything on the menu at least once"

  • Erica S. on 09/20/09

Try every type of pierogi that they have!!!! SOOO delicious!!!

  • David B. on 05/30/13

Old school, counter-seating-only Ukrainian joint. Go for the fried pierogi and the best Kasha in the EV, and always say yes to their onions; they make everything better.

  • Real Cheap Eats on 06/17/12

Try the corned beef hash, "served with two eggs, toast and potatoes, an order costs barely over $5 and is packed with beefy flavor."
