New York, NY 10036
Located in Hell’s Kitchen, NY, Stage 48 is a multi-use venue that will host Concerts, Night Life Events, and Private/Corporate Events. Built in the 1950s as a horse stable , the building has been completely remodeled utilizing the beauty of the old industrial architecture and incorporating complimentary modern elements to create an ambience that currently does not exist in any NYC venue. A large horseshoe balcony overlooks the main floor providing excellent site-lines of the 34 foot wide stage. Several elevated VIP areas are located on both floors and a state of the art Sound, Lighting and Video system will ensure an experience like none other.
Tips from foursquare
I did it! I found the worst venue in NYC!
Bring your own vodka
$14 drinks in 8 oz plastic cups. Waitreses make random liquor substitutions without asking. Its fun watching her be uncomfortable in the underwear she has on and shoes she can't walk in though.
Very nice club with excellent sound
Drinks are overpriced. Cocktail server brought me the wrong drink. Two drinks were $28.80. Not a round number. Any place that charges sales tax on a drink is tacky.
