New. They serve pastries, hard cider bread, and vanilla rum syrup-soaked croissants filled with almond cream worked up by Per Se's former head baker (Peter Endriss).
We love the bread and enjoy the pastries here, though the full menu doesn't quite measure up.
Do a double take when you look at the cement block walls. They are actually plaster in flour sacks. Very inventive sustainably designed space. Great americano, service, and roasted squash salad.
An evening meal serenaded by American Pie is not really in keeping with the environment. Get a new playlist. Stat.
Roast chicken with mushroom broth. Do it.
