Village Voice's Description
From pun lover Michael Huynh of Baoguette comes a Vietnamese noodle joint cloaked in a bad joke. Pho Sure is sandwiched (ha!) in the back of the West Village branch of Baoguette and seats only about 30. Items on the menu are one big tongue-in-cheek joke about traditional Vietnamese soup: pho sure, pho real, and the now-retired, mo pho, which included with bull penis. Cold rice noodle b'un bowls play it safe with toppings like shrimp, pork chops, or crispy spring rolls, and not nearly enough fish sauce. --Jessica Goodman
Tips from foursquare
Try the Bahn Mi and spot it on Foodspotting!
If you’re here then you must have one of the Banh Mi sandwiches, our favorite is the Classic made extra spicy. Try the Sloppy Bao as well. Service is fast and slightly abrupt.
Try the Pork Chop with Fried Egg, incredible!
Porkchop & fried egg sandwich is fab!
Love this place. Great food and the best bang for the buck in the WV.
