Description

Village Voice's Description

Those who know and appreciate the stretch of Flatbush Avenue that winds around Prospect Park to unite downtown Brooklyn with Flatbush and Midwood would be astonished at the lush setting of this Marine Park lobster pound. You might as well be in Maine. Stick with the namesake lobsters, squirming according to size in the holding tanks by the front door under the smirking photo of Mike Tyson. If you must appetize, go for the baked clams or vinaigrette-dressed salad, and stay away from anything stuffed, fried, or caked.
