Village Voice's Description

In Midtown, there are dozens of cheap sushi parlors catering to office workers and tourists, and expensive ones aimed at Japanese businesspeople, but rarely do you go to a Korean restaurant specifically in search of sushi. Nevertheless, old-timer Kang Suh mounts one of the freshest and most agreeable sushi menus in midtown and doesn't lack such newfangled fads as spider and spicy-tuna rolls. Open 24 hours.

"Legit, cook-it-yourself Korean bbq. Be prepared to smell like a grill for days. Kang Suh is gangsta!" – Helen, Setup Squad

Beware of the language barrier. You’ll be treated to some of the best Korean BBQ in the city. Try the Kimchi Jeon, Kalbi and many bottles of Hite and Jinro Soju.

Make sure you get the omelet situation on the side with yo meat. Pretty sure it has crack in it. Also, the waitresses will cook the meat for you so don't fuss over it. Also, 24/7, NBD.

    Best BBQ in NYC...

Easily my favorite meal in the city! I could eat their Yook Hwe raw beef every day.
