Village Voice's Description

Giorgione caused a sensation with its octopus when it first opened. The pastas, wine snacks, and wood-oven pizzas are hardly less impressive. In fact, this is one of the most versatile Italian places in the city, and the convivial premises bear the unmistakable imprint of the restaurant's founder, Giorgio DeLuca, co-founder of Dean & DeLuca.

    deep fried artichokes

I'm the mayor and got a free glass after 4. Might want to ask that they remove one from the bill instead of issue a free additional.

60 Thompson concierge Paul says the long bar is perfect for a glass of Rose and afew appetizers while cruising SoHo.

Make sure to get the Tre Tipi for an app. It has a little of everything!
