Tips from foursquare

  • Time Out New York on 10/04/11

Try the Earl’s Eggo waffle, drizzled with maple syrup and stacked with aged Cabot cheddar, coffee-cured bacon and rich slabs of grilled foie gras. It’s one of our #100best dishes and drinks of 2011.

  • The New York Times on 11/29/11

Recommended dishes: Beer cheese; grilled mozzarella sandwich; grilled cheddar sandwich; Asian gnocchi and beef.

strange locale for this quintessentially williamsburgesque beer and cheese place. good beers on tap seasonally. wide selection of grilled cheese sandwiches.

  • Tracy on 05/06/11

SO happy this place has moved into the hood. Great people, very cute hipster-like decor, staff is super friendly, good prices, nice pub cheese, box of wine on tap & they have TAB by the can. Love it!
