Description

Village Voice's Description

This is about as burly as a pretentious specialty food store can get. Bierkraft is impressively stocked with over 600 kinds of beer and a lot more beer-infused foods than one would hope exist. There is also an intense chocolate collection and regular tastings. Still, the main attraction is that special brand of macho gourmet.

Serrano Ham and Manchego: Salty, sweet, spicy, bitter—this Serrano and Manchego sandwich from beer-fiend destination Bierkraft covers all the bases.

Have a pint or two of craft beer to stay, then take a growler to go! Great bottle selection, too. On a nice day, enjoy your brews out in their backyard!

After you finish your to die for sandy and wash it down with your micro brewed hipster beer, make sure you leave room for dessert. Their ice cream sandwich is epic.
