Concourse B stands for Beer. The wing of DIA dedicated to United has an ample array of grab-and-go options, but the best spot to sit down for a meal is in the gate B80-95 area. New Belgium has graced this odd location with a wonderful pub, decorating the cool, industrial-looking open space with bicycle parts. A lively, friendly bar staff pours draughts of Fat Tire, Sunshine Wheat and the rest of the regular lineup from the Fort Collins brewery, in addition to seasonal brews. The menu offers better-than-average bar fare, with brats, burgers and sandwiches that are a good match for the beers.

Walk into the Greetings From Colorado shop on Concourse A, and you might walk out with a T-shirt manufactured in Haiti -- boasting the wrong date for the founding of Denver. Wander over to Denver's Picture Show Popcorn, and you'll find neither a Denver-based movie (a rare commodity, admittedly) nor Colorado corn.
