Description

One of the few restaurants in Houston featuring Ethiopian cuisine, Nazareth Café offers plenty of exotic options for Houstonians looking for something outside their normal dining experience. The fun part about dining here is that you can eat with your hands. All dishes are served on a large platter with traditional Ethiopian bread called injera, to scoop it up and eat it all. Regulars enjoy the vegetable platter as well as the lamb. For those looking for additional adventure (the meal being the first), Nazareth Café often has a live DJ between 9 p.m. and midnight; the place gets pretty packed.
