    The Best New York Style Thin Crust Pizza In Texas! I have tried pizza from New York, Boston, Chicago, and many other places and my opinion is Napoli Flying Pizza has the number one pizza in Houston. The crust is crispy, just right on sauce, and cheese has flavor that is light and cooked to perfection. The meatballs and tomato sauce are exactly like the flavors I grew up with at the Italian Restaurants North of Boston. The menu is Traditional, Sicilian, Southern Italian Recipes. The Italian Salad Dressing is also one of the top flavors in Houston. I would recommend this restaurant as a family owned, reasonably priced, authentic Italian dining experience.
