My Yogurt Bliss - a chic, vibrant frozen-yogurt shop with an ice-blue Antarctic color scheme in the Rivera Plaza shopping center - has been filled to the brim with teenagers and University of Miami students since it opened in early January 2010. Maybe that's because its 23-year-old owner, Francesca Fernandez, conceived a concept as blissful as her frozen treats. Here it is in five easy steps: (1) Grab a huge cup from the wall, 7-Eleven-style. (2) Self-serve from an array of low-cal yogurt flavors, such as sugar-free vanilla, cookies 'n' cream, cake batter, Nutella, pomegranate, strawberry, red velvet cake, peanut butter, and many others. (3) Adorn your icy swirl with choice of 40 toppings that range from rainbow sprinkles to fruit, whipped cream, candy, granola, and nuts galore. (4) Once your chilly masterpiece is complete, plop it down on a scale by the cash register, where you are charged 48 cents per ounce. (5) Eat, rinse, and repeat.
