Description
As the name suggests, this place has a lot of muffins -- usually three dozen varieties at a time. These aren't your traditional muffins, either, with flavors ranging from the classic blueberry to a fat-free raspberry amaretto; also out of the ordinary is a specialty drink called the Jittery Monkey. The bakery/cafe, which has locations downtown and in Centennial and Littleton, uses soybean oil in its muffins rather than butter or margarine, wich improves their texture and nutritional value. The chain also offers bagels, deli sandwiches, salads and breakfast items all day, but the multitude of muffins, along with Brewster's coffee, makes this an ideal spot to hit before a work meeting. Much of the menu can be ordered online in advance; a catering service can handle big orders on everything from breakfast to dessert. And more muffins, of course.
