My Daddy's Cheesecake grew from a Southern Missouri daughter's love of her father's desserts and her desire to share the treats with customers at the restaurant where she waited tables. Today, My Daddy's Cheesecake is headquartered in a space in Clayton across from the Washington University South Campus. The café made a name for itself with its dessert, but the menu also includes breakfast items such as biscuits and gravy, a breakfast wrap - scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sautéed peppers and onions on a garlic tortilla - and omelets. Lunch and dinner selections include a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches, such as a French dip and Reuben. My Daddy's Cheesecake also offers box lunches.
