Description

In Denver terms, Music Bar could be a historic landmark: The place has been in business for decades, long before Highland was known as such. Karaoke is the bar's main draw, bringing everyone from college kids to young parents together for cheap beer and sing-alongs at the end of the week and through the weekend. Pool and BYO-poker game tables are spread throughout, and the music blaring from the jukebox varies from country to Jay-Z. Though known for years as a restaurant and bar, the lounge's primary focus these days is as a watering hole. A frequent stop for cruiser bike clubs in the summer, Music Bar also periodically hosts live music and barbecues in its massive adjoining lot and patio.
