Chicken fans, take note! Sonoma prepares this fabulous fowl in nearly a dozen different ways, all of them delicious. We recommend the rotisserie chicken, served in both half and quarter-bird sizes with a variety of sides and sauces. But fear not?a long list of delicious pasta dishes, salads, and sandwiches is also on hand; we love the Penne Primavera, served perfectly al dente and nicely seasoned. But, seriously, the chicken is to die for, in all its version: The Tropical Chicken Salad is made with grilled chicken, cabbage tossed in soy-ginger vinaigrette, pineapple-mango salsa, almonds, scallions and cilantro. Or try the Chicken, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad, served on romaine and tossed with gala apples, raisins, and balsamic vinaigrette. Did we mention how good the chicken dishes are at Sonoma?
