Sunshiney Muffuletta, one of St. Paul's most beloved, tried-and-true old restaurants has been infused with new energy. The Muffuletta favorites are still here, including one of the city's best brunches and the world's definitive beer cheese soup, but the addition of a real chef to the Muffuletta family has proved that sometimes you can improve on a classic.
