Description

West on University, past the soulless, corporate chain grossness of Mill Avenue, is a taste magnet for foodies brought to us by the same folks who created the much-ballyhooed Atlas Bistro in Scottsdale. Mucho Gusto delivers affordable, gourmet Mexican/Southwestern cuisine. The clams in adobo sauce kicks ass as an appetizer, and the margaritas are superb.

We can whip up a taco, but when it comes to tamales, we have no idea how to get the corn base moist and tasty, or where to begin to make a filling as delicious as the inside of a pork tamale at Mucho Gusto.
