Ms. Cheezious is one sexy lady. She wears a red, polka-dotted bikini, and lures customers in by sitting on top of a sandwich oozing cheese and showing off her curves. She's not real - just an illustration on the side of the food truck - but the grilled cheese sandwich on which she reclines does exist ($4-$5). Customers can create their own, by choosing the type of bread and cheese, or select one of the truck's special sandwiches, such as the crabby cheese melt. That tasty sandwich consists of sharp cheddar and crab salad inside buttered sourdough bread. Another interesting combo is the sweet meltdown. It's made with ricotta cheese and orange marmalade smeared inside Texas toast and served with a side of chocolate syrup. The truck also serves tomato soup, turkey and three-bean chili, and sweet potato fries.

I was fortunate enough to taste their truck when working at the Sobefest, all the trucks there were superb, and Ms.Cheezious among them was great!
