How many places offer a playground for both shuffleboard tourneys and bachelorette parties? Morgan Street Brewery, for one! This Laclede's Landing brewpub has been turning out microbrews and beer-friendly grub since 1995. Lagers are the specialty of award-winning brewer Marc Gottfried; they range from the Krystal (aimed at those not yet weaned from macrobrews) to the hearty, high-alcohol Doppelbock, with plenty of seasonal variety in between. The menu offers burgers, pizza, meat loaf and - of course - soft pretzels, the perfect pairing for almost any brew. Pastas and entrées such as a smoked pork chop and salmon glazed with honey-chile sauce are also an option.

Several levels, something for everyone. I like their Irish Stout.
I love to come any night of the week for great unique beer selection. Also great nightlife spot to go out with friends on the weekend!
Morgan Street Brewery isn't so much a dance club as it is a dance compound, with changing vibes, beats and bars around every corner. The lower level's nothing special, but things start to change once you climb the stairs. At the top there's a sparse bar with down-tempo music that seems geared to the grown-ups. Cruise through that room and you've hit a lush rooftop patio, open to all the fabulously muggy air and noise that flows near our dirty stretch of the Big Muddy. This patio serves as a... More »
