The throngs of people, tree-lined streets and old buildings might make you think you've arrived on the set of The Andy Griffith Show. The four-block-long Monrovia Family Festival, held 5-9 p.m. every Friday on Myrtle Avenue in Old Town Monrovia, is quintessential Main Street USA.
