It turns out that the revamped stretch of Divisadero is a terrific place to get a flat tire -- so long as you're on a bicycle. Mojo Bicycle Cafe is a full-service bike shop that serves coffee, wine, and beer (including $2 pints of microbrews from 5 to 7 p.m.).
