Its red and yellow sign in West University announces that Moeller's has been baking wedding, birthday and party cakes since 1930. Some of the staff has been working at Moeller's for more than 40 years. The original oven used when it first open is on display outside in front of the building. In addition to making cakes, this tiny bakery has a wide variety of colorful cookies and petit fours filling their display cases. Moeller's also bakes up plenty of other baked goods, such as their "white mountain" dinner rolls and sticky buns. The small bakery accepts special orders for any occasion.
