What's "modern" about Modern Steak? Well, it's hardly about steak at all, and the posh, airy atmosphere is nothing close to a steakhouse cliché. Besides the prime and all-natural cuts of beef, the menu steers clear of traditional meat and potatoes. Instead, you'll find everything from a footlong Kobe beef hot dog to warm Maine lobster salad.     Beautiful restaurant. We sat outside for lunch under the white,lattice like awning and it was really nice. Service was awesome and so was my salad. My son had the Kobe hot dog, yum!
