Miyabi-Tei draws long, consistent lines at Mitsuwa Marketplace's food court. The reasons for this are multifold: impossibly quick service, ridiculously cheap prices, lovably gruff workers, and a mastery of many dishes-all immortalized in plastic renditions that sit next to the counter in a display case with their names and prices-that the other restaurants in Mitsuwa don't even bother to attempt.
