This charming corner cafe offers interesting, well-prepared seasonal food (the menu changes monthly, with frequent specials) all day long. It's bright and airy during the day, when you can feast on egg sandwiches on house-baked English muffins, hash and eggs, and soufflé pancakes, or freshly made soup, sandwiches, and grass-fed beef burgers. At night, the atmosphere is more sophisticated, with candles illuminating carefully conceived plates that might include New York steak with caramelized gnocchi, chard, and onions, or veal loin with spaetzle and broccoli rabe.
