Wayzata, MN 55391
City Pages' Description
What began as a truck for Sushi Fix has blossomed into a destination sushi spot in Wayzata. Part of the allure is its enthusiastic owner, Billy Enkhbileg Tserenbat. He greets every guest like a long-lost friend with an infectious warmth and uncontainable sushi enthusiasm. Edo-style sushi is full of the silky fish textures and subtle flavors fans of the cuisine expect. Using only the best, most carefully sourced ingredients, Sushi Fix's creations arrive like jewels on the plate. However, eating sushi -- usually so quiet and serious -- is undeniably fun (and delicious) here. As Tserenbat says, "Kampai!"

City Pages Best Sushi - 2013
The tuna is wonderfully meaty and rolls over the tongue like a set of silky sheets. The lush avocado cubes are rich, fatty, and creamy. The tart, crisp beet chips add a welcome crunchy foil. Kampai!
Really low key, chill atmosphere. The food is good&reasonably priced&Billy is awesome!
George Clooney is the bomb.
The sashimi is generous fresh and presented beautifully. The sushi rolls are the most creative and the waitstaff phenomenal! Loved it not Judy if you come early
