Description

City Pages' Description

Minnesota is, obviously enough, practically perfect in every way, except for the notable lack of good oceanfront footage. As we all wait patiently for global warming to remedy that, we finally have a really good, beachy place to wait: Stella's Fish Cafe and Prestige Oyster Bar. It might seem landlocked, but really it's just like a beach vacation: plenty of icy cold beverages, lots of hot fried fish (the fish and chips and catfish po'boy are particularly recommended), fun indulgences like key lime pie and homemade jalapeño poppers, and even plenty of square footage to get a decent sunburn: the enormous rooftop patio.

Sit at a table on the rooftop with a glass of wine overlooking the best view of the skyline in the twin cities!

    So many douchebags

You gotta try the water here! It's just so watery.

Oysters in a half shell, 'nuff said. Drinks are a wee on the pricey side, but the view of Minneapolis from the rooftops is well worth it.

    Friday Oyster Orgy from 3-6pm. 2-4-1's $5 apps & oysters $.69 each!
