City Pages' Description
For fresh and healthy eating in Edina, Q. Cumbers offers a 50-foot-long salad bar with their veggie-heavy buffet. There are some meat-inclusive dishes available, but the salads are the best. The very well-lit restaurant has a bit of a mall interior-style decor, but it makes for easy clean up if you're bringing the kiddos. (And kids, by the way, eat for only 99 cents Mondays after 4pm.)
