This Latin-themed venue offers a full restaurant, large dance floor, 66-inch plasma screens, and live shows. The food is an eclectic mix of Latin favorites from Spain, Mexico, South America, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. Lunch items range around $10 and include roast pork on tostones (pernil en tostones) and seafood ceviche (shrimp, clams, and fish marinated in fresh lime juice, peppers, onions and cilantro). Conga's dinners (generally $15 to $20) include Churasco Argentino (grilled skirt steak topped with chimichurri sauce) and Halibut a La Mar (a fish filet with shrimp and crab legs in a spicy Creole sauce). Tropical drinks flow, along with Latin-inspired dance nights, plenty of bright, flashing lights, and a flamenco show on Thursday nights. Open seven days a week, with a lunch buffet Monday through Friday.
