Millennium is something of a wonderland for vegans, as no aspect of the fine-dining experience is neglected (it even has a good wine list featuring organic and vegan wines). It isn't quite as appealing for nonvegans, since many of the dishes seem overwrought and oddly constructed. Nonvegetarians are advised to stick to starters and small plates. The dessert chef excels at baked goods such as fresh fruit pies and tarts.
