That doesn't mean you have to be a celeb; in fact, the rich and famous, along with annoying "beautiful people," get the short stick here. At this one-of-a-kind bar, owner Sasha personally mixes every inventive cocktail to order. Drinks are served on a silver platter, often accompanied by strawberries and cream, warm nuts drizzled with honey, or other luscious treats.
