My family and I went to Mile High Farms and had a completely awful experience. There are swarms of bees everywhere and in less than 10 minutes my 2 year old was stung on the ear by a bee and had a horrible allergic reaction. While I left to get medical attention for him as his ear had swelled 2 times its normal size and he had broken out in hives, my sister and husband stayed behind to get a refund, furious that this place did not advertise that there are literally hundreds upon hundreds of bees everywhere. The owner had to come down and he informed them that he cannot and will not do refunds ever for any cause, then laughed and offered them passes to come back or to give out for him so others would come to his farm. Seriously? I would understand if we had been there for hours and gotten pumpkins and taken advantage of all the supposed amenities (there really aren't any)but we had been there less then ten minutes. Also nowhere on their website do they mention bees or the fact that they have a no refunds policy. This farm presents a hazard risk a for families and any rational person who doesn't like having swarms of bee's surrounding them. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted! Beware!!
