Description

A sweet, tiny, glowing south Minneapolis noodle shop with a Hawaiian accent, Midori's is a peaceful haven in a hectic world. Perfect for a quiet conversation over chewy udon noodles and fresh Japanese salads, Midori's stands out among local Japanese restaurants because of its generous portions of home-cooking style comfort food and its authentic touches. An impressive tea menu, expansive vegetarian options, and serviceable sushi bar round out the experience. Of course, the Hawaiian spam sushi is not recommended, but if you needed someone to tell you that, you probably already inhabit your own floating world.

    Very fresh sushi - served chilled - which I like much better than some of the room-temp sushi I've been served lately.
