Miami New Times's Description
When you tire of the flaccid, days-old produce selection at your local Publix, spend a Saturday at the South Miami Farmer's Market. It's all about fresh, healthy, local foods, arts and crafts and live entertainment. While on the small side, the retail market's weekly offering of organic produce, jams, soaps, pastries and other artisan items is worth an hour away from day-drinking and poolside shenanigans.
