Description

Miami New Times' Description

From their epic pastelito burger (a burger topped with cheese and pressed between two pastelitos $8, May only) to their kosher beef Cartel dog (topped with chopped bacon, melted cheese, mango sauce, potato sticks and pink sauce $4.99) -- Westchester's Pincho Factory cooks up all kinds of creative, meaty concoctions. Crowds flock for their burgers, hot dogs and as of this year -- Sunday brunch offerings. Soon, they'll be opening a locale in Coral Gables, so the South Miami set has a new place to satisfy their carnivorous cravings.
