Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building
Miami, FL 33131
Miami New Times' Description
When it comes to historical landmarks, Miami ain't Boston. Preserved buildings are few and far between. But we do have a few classic structures that have stood the test of time, and the 1939-built historic Alfred I. Dupont Building in downtown is one of 'em. Its gilded, Moderne facade is Miami's post-Depression era ode to rebirth. There's on-site office space available, and this Art Deco skyscraper also offers a stunning mezzanine for rent as an event space. There's no place else like it in Miami. Trust us.
A glorious, striking and formidable giant against its skyline, The Historic ALFRED I. DUPONT BUILDING distinctly stands as the only Art Deco era skyscraper in Miami.
