it gets easier. believe in yourself and keep going even if you make excuses in your head not to. slowly your body will thank you. sit japanese pose & breathe if your tired. don't give up!
Get ready! This is no joke. The room is always 110 degrees & it's a full body cardio work out. Great for blood circulation! Highly recommended. Eat 3 hours prior to class & bring plenty of water!
