Description
As the official place to watch the Penn State Nittany Lions' various sporting endeavors, the TVs in here are all, appropriately, about the size of a defensive lineman on a White Castle bender. To put it plainly, Mercury Bar has some big-ass plasma screens; nonetheless, on spirited nights, the in-house hollering still overpowers the speakers projecting stadium cheers. This collegiate vigor is supplemented by a series of flags draped behind the bar's leather-studded couches, and to assist in the frenzy, all the game-night standards--Bud, Coors, Sam Adams, Yuengling--are served alongside a comforting selection of cocktails. The Strawberry-Kiwi Mojito does wonders when the home team is down.
