Description
Don't expect décor clichés like burning incense and tables placed in dark corners. This restaurant is also a banquet hall, with blond wood floors, crystal chandeliers, and striped fabric on heavy wood chairs. The décor is a tastefully done compromise between Eastern and Western cultures, as is the fare, which ranges from traditional chicken curry (order it extra spicy if you like it just a bit piquant) and lamb tandoori to inventive main courses. The menu, however, isn't dependable -- raita, a cucumber-yogurt dip, is referred to as a soup -- and the service isn't much better.
