MCA Denver followed in the footsteps of Daniel Libeskind and the Denver Art Museum, by relocating in October 2007 to its newer, shinier building. The MCA has been awarded LEED certification for their new home, making it the first certified green contemporary art museum in the country. Inside, the non-collecting MCA presents and ever-changing series of exhibits, performances and educational programs relating to the contemporary art of regional, national and international artists.
