thing. From Pauline Dale's original salad dressing recipes to vintage high backed booths, Max Dale's consistency has kept people coming back for more. But don't think the kitchen isn't willing to experiment—the menu now includes modern choices, such as ahi tuna with wasabi and blue-cheese waffle fries. At about 75 miles outside Seattle, Max Dale's is a hike, but tasty offerings make it well worth the road trip.
