Description

On one of the grubbiest corners of Seattle's industrial district stands one of the city's culinary magnets. Every weekday from 10 to 5, truckers, hipsters, and slick business types crowd elbow to elbow to chow down on hot dogs, kielbasa, Italian sausage, and tamales, all wrapped in a doughy bun and drenched in Matt's tangy chili (except the tamale, of course).
