For decades, this small Mexican seafood restaurant chain with outlets spanning the metroplex has been dishing the fish on the cheap. This is especially true of shellfish ("mariscos" in Spanish). Take the whopper $7.49 No. 11 lunch special: Coctel Grande de Pulpo, ceviche or camarones (shrimp). The No. 6, also $7.49, is breaded and deep-fried shrimp.
