This popular Laguna Beach hangout is a local oasis in the midst of a vast tourist Mecca. Although this establishment has a knack for attracting mostly a middle-aged crowd, you can find it filled with all kinds of patrons on any given night. This is definitely a no-frills venue, but the staff is friendly and the people that frequent the Marine room are mainly there to have a good time and enjoy a quality live performance or two. The tavern features a full bar and a variety of beers on tap. The music, ranging from blues to indie rock is often fantastic and has been known to reach near-deafening levels, leaving you with a pleasant "my-ears-are-ringing-but-it-was-worth-it" sensation.
