Ireland native Margaret OaLeary started out in the U.S. in 1988 with a small knitwear studio in San Francisco; 18 years later, the business has expanded into nine stores nationwide. In addition to her collection of knit cardigans, sweaters, shawls, and tops, each of the eponymous stores includes a selection from other designers OaLeary fancies: clothing from Mint and Velvet; jewelry from Me+Ro and Jill Platner; accessories from Botkier and Sigerson Morrison.
